We will teach you the fondations of resistance training and nutrition, both essential, in order to successfully achieve your goals. This also includes core strength, proper posture, and cardiovascular activity, for a strong and healthy body.

Already an athlete? Excellent! Now, how can you be better? There’s always room for improvement.

We have minimal equipment to train you in your home. We will design a personalised training program for you to follow when we are not training together. Having a plan is key for you stay motivated and track your progress!

Nutrition should be mastered! We will give you some guidelines, and make sure that you understand how calories and macronutrients work. We can also recommend supplements if needed. We do not believe in fad diets and quick fixes! Nutrition is part of your daily life, it should be enjoyable and sustainable, while helping you to reach your physical and performance goals.
